Scheduling Our Sessions
We believe that consistency is the heartbeat of vocal progress. To ensure every student receives dedicated focus, our studio operates on a structured weekly timetable designed to reduce friction and keep your focus on the music.
- Weekly Lessons: Students are matched with a recurring day and time that belongs exclusively to them for the duration of their enrollment.
- Booking Timeline: New students can view available slots through our portal; we recommend booking at least 14 days in advance of your desired start date.
- Rescheduling: We offer a self-service portal where you can move your session up to 48 hours before it begins, provided an alternative slot is open.
- Attendance Expectations: We ask that students arrive or log in 5 minutes early to ensure we can begin promptly and maximize every minute of your coaching.
Payment & Billing
Our studio operates on a prepaid or monthly membership basis. This ensures a consistent schedule for our students and predictable billing for families. We bill automatically at the start of each month, covering all scheduled lessons within that period.
Cancellations & Make-Ups
We respect your time and ours. To keep our studio running smoothly, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to students on our waiting list and ensures our instructors are compensated fairly.
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations with notice receive a make-up credit.
- Late Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- Credits: Credits are valid for 30 days and can be used to book any available opening.
If you need to reschedule, simply log into your student portal and move your session to a time that works better for your family.
